At 5441 W 104th St, Los Angeles, CA 90045, on the westside of Los Angeles, 5 minutes from LAX and close to El Segundo, Playa Vista and Culver City.
How big is Studio X?
Studio X has 11,000 sq ft of blackout-capable floor, plus 4,000 sq ft of support space in Suite X. Ceilings run 12' to 20'.
Does Studio X have a cyc?
Yes, a two-wall cyc.
Can vehicles drive onto the stage?
Yes. Ground-level drive-in doors take cars and trucks, which makes Studio X a fit for vehicle reveals and automotive clinics.
How much power is available?
600 amps 3-phase (1,800A usable across three legs) on two drops. A silent Moxion electric generator is also available.
What support spaces come with Studio X?
Suite X has two green rooms with private restrooms, four production offices, a full kitchen and multi-stall restrooms.
How much parking is included?
Every Studio X booking includes 20 parking spaces. The campus takes 120+ cars and several trucks, and more spaces can be added.
What is the maximum capacity?
The Certificate of Occupancy allows up to 862 people for assembly use.
What internet is available?
50 Mbps is standard, with a gigabit upgrade available for livestreams and broadcast.
Is there outdoor space?
Yes. The private West Lot next door handles outdoor activations, food trucks, vehicle staging and tented events, on its own or with Studio X.
Can we bring our own caterer and vendors?
Yes, with approval. Each vendor needs insurance and a certificate of insurance on file before load-in.
Can we book Studio X by the hour?
Photo and e-commerce shoots can book by the day or by the hour.
What do you host?
Film, TV and commercial shoots, photo and e-commerce, music videos, livestreams, product launches and vehicle reveals, brand activations, corporate events and offsites, automotive clinics and market research, bar and bat mitzvahs, private parties, galas and weddings.
